Our Story

Billings Fairchild Center opened its doors on August 1, 1964 with the mission of providing nursing care and training for people living with intellectual disabilities. The center is owned and operated by the Hardin family, as it has been since opening more than 50 years ago.

During that last half century, we have provided a loving, family-oriented atmosphere in which our residents can learn and grow. Today, we have three separate facilities that provide a variety of services that allow our residents to gain valuable life skills and create a life of independence and purpose. Our training programs are centered on the needs of each resident and focuses on their individualized goals and objectives.

We are also deeply involved in the communities we serve. Billings Fairchild has worked tirelessly to help make Billings a thriving town where people can raise their families in a safe and nurturing environment.
